These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the CW77 platform, including all gaming services, sports betting markets, bonuses, account management and related features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and CW77 ("CW77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the CW77 online gaming and sports betting platform, available at cw77.cam and any associated applications or services.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
To register and maintain an account on the CW77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Verification: CW77 will require documentary proof of age and identity (e.g., a valid CNIC, passport or government-issued ID) before activating full account functionality. Where a User is suspected of being under 18, CW77 reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze funds and require verification documentation with immediate effect. Any wagers placed by a User who is subsequently confirmed to be under 18 will be void and the User will forfeit any associated funds.
CW77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during a User's account lifecycle, not only at initial registration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the CW77 platform. Creation of duplicate accounts, whether in the User's own name or under alternative identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances, including any bonus funds.
4.2 Accuracy of Registration Details. You must provide your real name, current residential address, valid email address, accurate date of birth and any other information requested during registration. CW77 will rely on these details for identity verification, communication and dispute resolution. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. CW77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your account.
4.4 Unauthorised Access. If you believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify CW77 immediately via live chat or the support email address provided. CW77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
4.5 Account Inactivity. Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. CW77 will notify Users by email prior to any action being taken on dormant accounts. Applicable dormancy fees or administrative charges, if any, will be disclosed in the relevant fee schedule at the time.
Users must use the CW77 platform solely for personal, recreational betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
Note on Unusual Activity: CW77 employs fraud detection and risk management systems that monitor betting patterns and account behaviour. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. CW77 will endeavour to resolve such cases promptly and communicate with the User throughout the process.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the CW77 platform are subject to acceptance by CW77. CW77 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where an error in pricing is apparent, where a bet exceeds applicable stake limits, or where a User's account is under review.
6.2 Displayed Odds. Odds displayed on the platform represent the prices available at the time of display. Due to the dynamic nature of live markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 matches, ICC tournaments, football and UFC bouts — odds may change between the time a bet is initiated and the time it is confirmed. The price shown in your bet confirmation is the accepted price.
6.3 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each sport or event type, as published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform. In the event of any dispute regarding settlement, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic matches, the ICC for international events) will be used as the primary reference.
6.4 Void Bets. CW77 may void bets in the following circumstances: obvious pricing errors; event cancellation or abandonment (subject to sport-specific rules); evidence of match manipulation or corruption affecting the market; or technical malfunction that materially affected the bet placement process.
6.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games and slots operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Illustrative RTP (Return to Player) percentages are disclosed per game in the game information screen. These represent theoretical long-run averages and do not constitute a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
6.6 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer table games are subject to the same betting rules as their standard casino equivalents. Technical disconnections during a live game round that prevent bet completion will be handled in accordance with the platform's technical interruption policy — incomplete rounds will generally be voided and stakes returned.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. CW77 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, which form an integral part of this Agreement.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit and any maximum withdrawal cap will be clearly stated in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.
7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless CW77 expressly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an account at any time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously, or to circumvent bonus restrictions through account manipulation, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. CW77 reserves the right to withhold, reverse or cancel any bonus or associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim a sign-up bonus; systematic low-risk betting patterns designed purely to clear a wagering requirement; or any pattern of play that CW77 reasonably determines is not consistent with genuine recreational gambling.
Transparency Commitment: CW77 does not structure bonus terms with the intention of making withdrawal impossible. If you have a question about how a wagering requirement applies to your account, our support team — available 24/7 in English and Urdu — will explain it clearly before you commit to accepting the bonus.
7.5 Expiry. Unused bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets will expire at the end of the promotional period specified in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
8.1 Permitted Payment Methods. CW77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Methods available to Pakistani users may include bank transfers and digital wallets familiar in Pakistan. Users must independently verify which methods are currently active, applicable transaction limits and any associated fees before initiating a transaction.

8.2 Deposit Currency. CW77 supports PKR (Pakistani Rupee) and other currencies as specified in the cashier. Any currency conversion applied to transactions will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.
8.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit amounts, maximum withdrawal amounts and any daily, weekly or monthly transaction caps are published in the cashier and are subject to change. Limits may vary by payment method.
8.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Where a User has not yet completed identity verification, CW77 will request the necessary documentation before processing the withdrawal. CW77 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timelines published in the cashier, though processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or due to payment provider delays outside CW77's control.
8.5 Own-Account Rule. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the User's own name. CW77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods, or card/wallet details not matching the User's verified identity. This rule exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.
8.6 Declined Transactions. CW77 is not responsible for declined deposit transactions arising from the User's payment provider's own policies or restrictions. In such cases, the User should contact their bank or wallet provider directly to understand the reason for the decline.
CW77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Users seriously. Gambling should always be approached as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to self-exclude must contact CW77 support. Self-exclusion takes effect promptly and CW77 will make reasonable efforts to enforce the restriction. 9.3 Minor Protection. Access to CW77 by persons under 18 (or the applicable higher minimum age) is strictly prohibited. CW77 recommends that parents and guardians use internet filtering tools to prevent underage access to gambling sites. Age verification is a standard requirement at registration and withdrawal.

All content on the CW77 platform — including but not limited to the CW77 brand name and logo, platform design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, game content and all other materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of CW77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any CW77 content; scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the platform; or use CW77 branding in any context without prior written consent from CW77.
Any unauthorised use of CW77 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the User to civil or criminal liability.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CW77 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or gambling losses.
11.2 CW77's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of Real Funds deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 CW77 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from technical faults. CW77 will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for losses arising from planned or unplanned downtime.
11.4 CW77 is not responsible for any third-party payment provider fees, declined transactions, or delays attributable to payment processing networks, banking systems or internet service providers outside CW77's direct control.
Nothing in these Terms limits CW77's liability for: death or personal injury caused by CW77's negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by CW77; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12.1 By CW77. CW77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed by CW77 for reasons other than User breach, any verified Real Funds balance will be returned to the User via a method compatible with their original payment route, subject to KYC completion.
12.2 By the User. Users may close their account at any time by contacting CW77 support. Account closure requests will be processed promptly. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in the normal course; winnings attributable to those settled wagers will be returned with the balance.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, the User's licence to access the platform is revoked. Bonus fund balances are forfeited upon closure. CW77 will retain records of the account as required by applicable law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CW77 holds its operating licence. Specific governing law details are available upon request from CW77 support.
Nothing in this clause affects the statutory rights available to consumers under their applicable local law, to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded or waived by contract.
Pakistani Users: Access to and use of the CW77 platform by users located in Pakistan is subject to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable federal and provincial legislation. CW77 does not provide legal advice. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with applicable law in their jurisdiction. The presence of these Terms on a Pakistani-market information website does not constitute an endorsement of gambling activity where prohibited by law.
CW77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, CW77 will provide notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
CW77 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version. The "Last reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently updated.
